Southampton have confirmed the arrival of defender Cuco Martina from Eredivisie side FC Twente.
The 25-year-old, who can play at either full-back or central midfield, has sealed a two year contract with the South Coast outfit.
"I'm very happy to be here at a big club like Southampton. I've followed Southampton now for two years and I see they are now a big club," he told the club's official website.
"It was a dream for me to play in the Premier League and finally I can play now. I hope to play many games and show the fans who I am."
The Curacao international becomes the Saints' fourth signing of the summer transfer window.
