Leicester City are planning a loan offer for out-of-favour Chelsea midfielder Oriol Romeu, according to reports.
The former Barcelona graduate joined the Premier League holders in 2011, and has since then made just 33 appearances for the club.
The Spaniard has spent the last two seasons out on loan, and it is believed that he does not feature in Jose Mourinho's plans for the upcoming campaign.
According to The Mail, the Foxes have identified the 23-year-old as a top target, and will look to make formal loan offer for his services next week.
