Toifilou Maoulida has completed his move from Auxerre to Lens. The French striker Rennes, Monaco, Marseille and Auxerre among others, but has joined on a 3 year contract.

The player was unhappy in Auxerre at his lack of opportunity in the young side.



Also courted by Saint-Etienne and Nancy, the 28 year old player played fifteen times in Ligue 1 this season and registers a goal.



The transfer fee is undisclosed but believed to be around £1.4 million.
