Soldado wants Villareal transfer

Roberto Soldado holding out for Villareal move

02 August 2015 - 06:50

Tottenham Hotspur flop Roberto Soldado is likely to prefer a move back to La Liga with Villareal, according to reports.

  • Arsenal & Chelsea want Junior Kroupi
  • Chelsea keen on signing Newcastle United winger

  • The Spain international has attracted interest from the likes of Benfica, and Sevilla this summer, as Spurs look to offload the 31-year-old following a dismal spell at the club.

However, The Mail claims that Soldado has made his mind up to join the Yellow Submarines in the transfer window.

Spurs have been reluctant to offload the former Valencia man for less than £12m, but they may have to rethink their asking price with the player having netted just 16 goals in two seasons at the club.
