Italian giants Roma are keen on sealing a loan move for Real Madrid defender Fabio Coentrao this summer.
Coentrao has played second fiddle to Marcelo for the left-back spot since his move from Benfica in 2011.
Reports in Italy now cite that Roma are looking at a temporary deal for the Portugal international with an obligation for a permanent switch at the end of the 2015/16 campaign.
The 27-year-old has made 100 appearances for the Bernabeu giants till now.
