Chelsea are expected to finally complete the signing of Brazilian youngster Kenedy after they secured a work permit.
The 19-year-old linked up with the Blues during their pre-season tour of the United States.
It had been reported earlier that Kenedy could be shipped out on loan to Vitesse Arnhem, should the Premier League champions fail to earn a work permit for the player to ply his trade in England.
However, The Mail cites that Jose Mourinho's side have secured the necessary documentation for the youngster, and a £6.7m deal could be finalized with Fluminense during the weekend.
