Inter don't want Maduro

Inter Milan are not going to make a move for Dutch midfielder Hedwiges Maduro. The Ajax midfielder has been linked with a move to Newcastle and Hamburg, but it seems Roberto Mancini has his eyes on other players.

"I need someone who is already ready," Mancini told Italian daily sports newspaper 'Tuttosport'.



"I need someone who can be important this season and also the next one, otherwise, I repeat, it's useless to try and buy players."



One player that Inter are reportedly close to signing is Mohammed Sissoko from Liverpool for £7 million.
