Everton are on the cusp of signing Ukrainian international Andriy Yarmolenko from Dynamo Kiev.
The 25-year-old has been a consistent performer for the Ukrainian giants in recent seasons.
The Star reports that the talented playmaker will join the Merseyside outfit for a fee of around £18m.
It is added that the club have also agreed a deal to sign River Plate defender Ramiro Funes Mori, and are now currently working on his work permit.
