Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon has admitted that Carlton Cole should earn a contract at the club having had impressive training sessions with the first-team.
The former England international is on the search for a new club following his release from West Ham United for the second successive time in the summer.
Cole has been in tip top form in training for the Hoops this week, and Gordon feels the former Hammers striker should be rewarded with a contract for his efforts.
He added that the 31-year-old has still got the goods in himself to score goals on a regular basis for the Scottish champions.
