Lyon striker Karim Benzema has been linked with a move to Milan after he admitted the San Siro giants would be his "dream club". Benzema has been in sensational form in Ligue 1 as he tops the goalscoring charts. Chelsea had also been linked with a move for the French international.
"For me, the Rossoneri are my dream club,â the hitman told the Gazzetta dello Sport. "Ronaldo has always been my idol.
"I like Milan, though I must admit I do support Real Madrid. I also like the big squads such as Juve, Inter and Manchester United. The important thing is to win.â
But Benzema admitted some thought would be required before such a move went through: "I will only leave Lyon once I feel in the right frame of mind and ready for the move."
