Chelsea are hot on the trail of Atletico Madrid sensation Koke, Catalan daily Sport reveals.
The Spain international has been long linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge, in spite of Atleti boss Diego Simeone claiming that the player is not up for sale.
Nevertheless, Blues manager Jose Mourinho is still keen on the Spanish hotshot, and Sport claims that the Premier League holders will seek to lure the 24-year-old to the club during the winter transfer window.
Koke has fast developed into one of his country's leading playmakers, and his arrival could well provide a huge boost to the Blues in the second half of the campaign.
Mourinho's side have made a dismal start to their league season, and currently find themselves in 16th place with just eight points.
