The Spain international has completed 90 minutes in just two of eight league games for Real this season.

According to Metro, the Spanish giants may well be open to the player's sale in January provided they find a suitable replacement.

The report adds that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has identified the 23-year-old as his prime target as he seeks to bolster his squad for a potential title charge in the second half of the campaign.

Isco joined the Bernabeu giants from Malaga in the summer of 2013.
