Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is thought to be eyeing a January deal for highly-rated Ajax winger Anwar El Ghazi.
The 20-year-old has been in impressive form for the Eredivisie giants this season, and this has attracted interest from several European clubs.
According to The Guardian, Reds manager Klopp wants to have the Dutch winger as his first signing for the club.
It is added that the Reds will face stiff competition with Spanish giants Atletico Madrid, who are also known to be keeping tabs on the player's progress.
El Ghazi has notched eight goals in 12 games for his club this term.
