Premier League holders Chelsea have reportedly joined Manchester United in the race to sign Southampton winger Sadio Mane.
The Senegalese international had been the subject of interest from the Red Devils in the summer, but the Saints were not keen on his sale. Since then, Mane has played a regular role for the South Coast side, who have had a mixed league campaign.
Speculation over the player's future has intensified in recent days after he was dropped by manager Ronald Koeman for the trip to Norwich City due to disciplinary reasons.
According to The Mirror, the Red Devils are likely to face stiff competition with league rivals Chelsea and German champions Bayern Munich also said to interested in the player's services.
Mane's current deal is due to expire in the summer of 2018.
