Everton boss Roberto Martinez has hinted that Kevin Mirallas could leave the club during the winter transfer window.
The Belgian international has struggled for regular first-team football this season, and he is expected to seek a fresh challenge ahead of this summer's European Championships.
Mirallas has been linked with a potential move to Ligue 1 with AS Monaco, and Martinez feels that the transfer could go through in the coming weeks.
"I'm sure there will be that trade over the window. This squad is still really large because it was prepared for European football, so there are people who haven't had enough football as they wanted. So we have to make a couple of decisions in order to benefit everyone," he told reporters.
The 28-year-old has made just two league starts for the Toffees this term.
