Strong rumours are circulating that Stephen Hunt is set to join Sunderland for £5m.

Keane has confirmed his interest in the Irish international and has seen offers of £2.5m and £3.5m rejected by Reading.



It is strongly believed that Hunt will be a Sunderland man by the end of the week after an improved bid of £5m is tabled by Keane this week.
