The 19-year-old has taken charge of the goalscoring duties at Santos since Neymar's departure to Barcelona in 2014.

According to The Sun, Blues scouts have been keeping a close eye on the young marksman, who has netted 46 goals in 128 appearances for the Brazilian outfit. It is added that the Premier League holders could fight it out with the Gunners and Red Devils to land the player's signature in the summer.

Barbosa is known to have amassed over 500 goals during his spell in the Santos youth academy.
