Manchester United will go head-to-head with Real Madrid in the chase to sign highly-rated Wolfsburg full-back Ricardo Rodriguez.
The Switzerland international has been a consistent performer for the Bundesliga side, who are vying for a regular berth in the Champions League.
According to German sports daily Bild, Real Madrid could have a stiff fight on their hands with the Red Devils eyeing a potential swoop for the talented left-back this summer.
Real are known to have scouted the 23-year-old on several occasions over the past year.
Rodriguez has made over 100 appearances for the Wolves since his move from Zurich in 2012.
