Arsene Wenger going Nowhere

Wenger unlikely to exit Arsenal

Arsene Wenger going Nowhere

15 March 2016 - 07:33

Arsene Wenger is unlikely to be sacked from Arsenal despite unrest from the club's supporters.

  • Why Reece James is absent for Chelsea vs Leeds tonight?
  • Confirmed Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs West Ham, Mbeumo starts

  • The 66-year-old has been recently tipped to make way from the Emirates following his side's 2-1 defeat to Watford that saw them bow out of the FA Cup.

However, according to The Mirror, the Gunners' hierarchy have full confidence in the Frenchman despite the club's pale form in recent months.

It is added that Wenger is more concerned about how his players will show up following the recent criticism from the club's faithful.

Nevertheless, the Gunners will look to revive their Champions League hopes as they seek to overturn an improbable 2-0 deficit against Barcelona in the Round of 16 second leg.

Arsenal are currently third in the Premier League, 11 points adrift of toppers Leicester City.
