Manchester City are apparently heading the queue to land highly-rated Bologna youngster Amadou Diawara. The 18-year-old joined the Serie A side from San Siro last summer.
Diawara has been in splendid form for the Italian minnows this season, and this is said to have attracted interest from several European clubs.
Corriere di Bologna says the Citizens are hopeful of luring the youngster in a £12m deal at the end of the season.
European giants Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are also keeping tabs on the midfield sensation.
Diawara has amassed 25 appearances in all competitions for his club this term.
