Monaco are keeping a close eye on Mario Balotelli ahead of a potential move for his services this summer. The Italy international is currently plying his trade at AC Milan on a season-long loan from Liverpool.
Balotelli linked up with the Rossoneri at the start of the campaign after he fell out-of-favour at Anfield. Since then, he has had a season to forget with a thigh injury hampering his playing time in the Italian league.
Italian source Tuttosport says the Principality outfit will monitor the player's developments in the coming weeks before deciding on whether to make a move for his signature.
The 25-year-old has recently hinted that he will seek a fresh challenge once he returns to his parent club in the summer.
