Spurs have denied that they are looking to sell Darren Bent.

Sporting director Damien Comolli insisted: "Reports that Darren Bent is for sale are totally inaccurate."



Comolli added: "The majority of the reports that I have read are completely wide of the mark."



Speculation over the future of Bent have been fueled by his lack of first team apperances and Spurs supposed interest in signing Lyon's Brazilian striker Fred.
