France international N'Golo Kante has signalled his agent to look into a move to Arsenal despite winning the Premier League with Leicester City this season. The 25-year-old was in sublime form for the Foxes during the 2015-16 campaign and this earned them their first-ever Premier League title.

  • Recent speculation had suggested that the Malian-born midfielder could stay put at the King Power Stadium with the prospect of Champions League on the horizon next season.

However, The Express understands that the midfield enforcer is eager to link up with a fellow French manager in Arsene Wenger at the Emirates next season.

The news will come as a huge boost for the Gunners who are known to have earmarked the player as one among their prime targets for the summer.

Kante made the most number of interceptions during the recently concluded league season.
