15 June 2016 - 05:35

West Ham United have been offered the chance to sign West Bromich Albion striker Saido Berahino in a swap deal which could see Diafra Sakho move the other way.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao

  • The Hammers are open to the sale of Sakho over the summer after Slaven Bilic deemed him surplus to requirements.

According to The Mirror, the Baggies have come up with a surprise offer for the Hammers with Berahino being placed in a straight-exchange deal for their Senegalese forward.

The move could benefit both clubs with Sakho craving for regular first-team football whilst Berahino wants to see an end to his Hawthorns career.

West Ham have already rebuffed multiple bids from Sunderland for Sakho as none matched their &pound14m asking price.
