Everton are ready to rival Sunderland in the race to sign Rubin Kazan midfielder Yann M'Vila. The Frenchman impressed in his six-month loan spell at Wearside last term.
M'Vila joined the Black Cats on a temporary basis in January, and played a key role in their quest to beat the Premier League drop.
