Juve limbo over Del Piero

Juventus are having problems with dealing with captain Alessandro Del Piero. The striker is earning 5m EUR a season and is coming toward the end of his current deal.

However, Juventus are looking to tie the player down to a 'rolling' contract but the player is keen to tie his future to a long term 4-year deal. Del Piero want's to stay at Juve until at least the 2010 World Cup where he could end his professional career.
