Andreasen signs for Fulham

Fulham have completed the signing of Leon Andreasen from Werder Bremen. The 24-year-old has signed and agreed a three year contract with the club. Roy Hodgson has revealed his delight at swooping for the midfielder.

  • "I am pleased that the two clubs have been able to reach an agreement to enable me to sign for Fulham," he told the club's website.



    "I enjoyed my time at Werder Bremen and I am now excited by a new challenge that awaits me. I look forward to playing well for Fulham and competing in the Premier League."



    His new boss Roy Hodgson said: "I am delighted that we have been able to bring Leon Andreasen to Fulham.



    "He has all the attributes to succeed at the highest level and has the desire and application to perform well in every game.



    "I'm sure that he will play an important part for us in the coming months and I am pleased that we have been able to add him to our squad which we will continue to look to strengthen before this transfer window ends."
