Santi Cazorla has suggested that he is willing to commit his future to Arsenal. The 31-year-old is in the final year of his contract at the Emirates.

  • Mauricio Pochettino confirms fresh injury blow for Chelsea star
  • Arsenal want to make four marquee signings this summer

  • The Spain international missed a major chunk of playing time last term through a knee injury, and many felt his time could be up with the Gunners.

However, he has come with a renewed vigour this season, and this sees him become one among the first names on the Gunners' team sheet.

While speaking to Cadena Ser, the experienced midfielder revealed he is content playing for the North London club, and is hoping to earn an extension to his previous deal, which is due to expire at the end of the campaign.

Since arriving from Villareal in 2012, the Spaniard has appeared in over 170 outings in all competitions. He has already made his mark in the league this season with two goals and two assists in six outings.
