La Liga duo Valencia and Sevilla are lining up winter bids for Bayer Leverkusen forward Javier Hernandez. The Mexican international has been in fine form for the Bundesliga outfit since his switch from Manchester United last year.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao

  • Chicharito, as he is most commonly known, netted 26 goals in all competitions for Leverkusen last season following his move from Old Trafford.

The 28-year-old has followed to replicate his showing this term having already amassed seven goals in eight outings.

Spanish source AS says Chicharito is attracting interest from the likes of Valencia and Sevilla, but the player's £40.5m buy-out clause still remains a major stumbling block.

The striker has previously featured in La Liga with Real Madrid (on loan) a couple of seasons ago. He scored 59 times for Manchester United between 2010 and 2015.
