England international Michael Carrick has hinted that he could be his association with Manchester United at the end of the campaign.
The 35-year-old has amassed over 425 games for the Red Devils since arriving from Tottenham Hotspur over a decade ago.
Carrick has only recently returned to the first-team mix under Jose Mourinho this term, and when asked on his future plans, he suggested that this could be his final year with the Mancunian giants.
The midfielder was expected to leave Old Trafford on a Bosman in the summer before he was convinced by Mourinho to prolong his stay by a season.
Since then, he has been spending much of his time in the substitutes' bench and has earned just two appearances in the Premier League.
