Ulloa to sign for Premier League rivals

Ulloa to sign for Premier League rivals

31 January 2017 - 13:15

Leicester City striker Leaonardo Ulloa is waiting for the green light to travel to Sunderland on deadline day in order to complete his move away from the King Power Stadium.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Arsenal handed huge boost ahead of Bournemouth clash

  • Sunderland are wanting this deal to go ahead and sign the Argentine striker in the remaining hours of deadline day. They have made a last ditch bid of around 7.5 million plus add-ons.

Moyes is keen to strengthen his strike force by adding extra help to inform striker Jermaine Defoe and he believe Ulloa is the man to help Sunderland stay in the top flight.

Ulloa is keen on moving to the North East and is waiting for the phone call from his representatives to get the green light for the move to the Mackems.

The Argentine striker has gone on the war path with both Leicester and the manger Claudio Ranieri to force a move away from the club.

Reports suggest the Argentines agent attacked Ranieri earlier this month, the player also added some unflattering words in order to get a move away during the ongoing transfer window.

Ulloa did arrive for training earlier this morning at Leicester, but has now left the training ground, hoping to sign for the Mackems and not return back to the King power.
