Sevilla manager Jorge Sampaoli admits that he would love work with Alexis Sanchez again at some stage in his managerial career. The Chilean has been tipped to leave Arsenal at the end of the current campaign.
Sanchez, 28, has been reluctant to pen terms over fresh extension in recent months, and he appears determined to leave the Emirates unless the Gunners match his hefty £250,000-a-week wage demands.
With Sanchez entering the final year of his contract, there has been talk of a move back to La Liga with Atletico Madrid or Sevilla, and Sampaoli, who previously managed Chile, reveals that he would relish the opportunity of a reunion with the attacker.
"If only, yes, it would be great to have the chance one day [to coach Sanchez]," he told reporters. "He is a top, top player. One of the best forwards in the world I would say."
The former Barcelona man is currently Arsenal's top scorer with 21 goals, but it is his attitude off the pitch which has put question marks over his future.
