Paraguay striker Nelson Cuevas has claimed to have struck a deal with Blackburn
The center-forward from Paraguay is a free agent now and has revelead that he has signed a pre-contract agreement with Blackburn Rovers as reported by Mirror
He had been playing for Club América, Mexico and had scored 17 goals in 29 appearances.
Ceuvas was linked to Portsmouth before the January transfer window when Harry Redknapp was looking to add depth to his squad.
If the deal happens, the 28-year old will be joining his old pal and Paraguayan international Roque Santa Cruz
