Chelsea shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois has reportedly remained as a transfer option for Real Madrid ahead of this summer's transfer window.
The Belgium international has regularly been linked with a move to the Bernabeu but he recently suggested that he is content to play out the final year of his Blues contract.
Despite this, the 26-year-old continues to be linked with a possible exit from Stamford Bridge and The Mirror suggests that Los Blancos could revive their long-term interest in the goalkeeper.
Chelsea are yet to find a breakthrough over a new deal with the former Atletico Madrid loanee and this may tempt them to cash in on his services rather than losing him on a free in 12 months' time.
Courtois has made over 150 appearances for the Blues since making his first-team debut in 2014 and during this period, he has won two Premier League titles and one League Cup with the west London giants.
