Liverpool are reportedly on the cusp of announcing Nabil Fekir as their new summer signing. The France international is expected to join the Reds in a £52m deal from Lyon after having a successful medical with the club.
According to RMC Sport, the attacker has already undergone his Reds medical in Clairefontaine and it is only a matter of time before the Frenchman joins the Merseyside outfit.
On Thursday, Lyon appeared to categorically rule out Fekir's move to Anfield but the French outfit are said to have done that whilst awaiting the close of the stock market.
Fekir is expected to become the Reds' second signing of the summer transfer window following the arrival of Fabinho from AS Monaco in the backend of May.
The Frenchman contributed 23 goals during a top campaign for Lyon who reclaimed their Champions League status and his presence is likely to enhance Liverpool's chances of competing for the Premier League title next term.
