Jesse Lingard has heaped praise on Colombia striker, Radamel Falcao ahead of England's game against the South Americans in the round of 16 of the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Russia.
The former Atletico Madrid man has been part of a Colombian side that qualified from group H with 6 points.
Falcao's only goal in the competition so far came in their 3-0 win over Poland in their second group game.
Lingard has also said that the England side are well aware of the former Manchester United loanee's threat as they head into the game.
"He's a great finisher," Lingard said, Sky Sports reports. "In and around the box, he's lethal. We will be aware of that."
The game against Colombia will be a tight and it is hard to predict the outcome as both sides are quite similar in terms of abilities.
It will be a great test for Gareth Southgate, but it is one he and his team must win if they want to be taken seriously by England fans.
The last time the two sides met at the FIFA World Cup was in the group stage in 1998. England won the game by two goals to nothing.
