Luque keen to return home

Newcastle striker Albert Luque has revealed that he is keen to return home to Spain. Real Betis have been linked with a move for the player who looked set for a second chance under Sam Allardyce.

  • Albert Luque has spoken about the potential move to Betis, and said that he is particularly looking forward to the opportunity of working with new Betis boss Hector Cuper. Cuper previously managed Luque in his time at Real Mallorca.



    Also, the Dutch side Ajax are rumoured to be interested in signing the striker.
