Belgium manager Roberto Martinez has revealed that Marouane Fellaini should be fine despite sustaining a minor groin injury in the lead-up to the country's Nations League game versus the Netherlands.
Fellaini was not involved in the recent meeting against the Dutch and this presented concerns over his participation for the weekend league clash at Chelsea.
However, speaking to reporters, Martinez has dismissed any such concerns and has disclosed that the midfielder was only left out as he was not 100 percent fit for the game.
"He should be fine, it's just he wasn't 100 percent. He's got an important game at the weekend and this wasn't the game to use players who weren't 100 percent. We expect he should be fine in the next couple of days," he is quoted as saying by ESPN.
Fellaini, who penned a new United contract during the summer, has appeared in each of their league games this term. He has managed four of the eight appearances from the starting lineup.
