Andy Cole has joined Premiership newcomers Sunderland. The player had been out of contract after being released from his deal at Portsmouth. Cole will sign a one year deal.
Cole will be looking forward to linking up with his old team mate Roy Keane. If Andy Cole is successful, there is an option of a further year in the contract.
