Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka has reportedly emerged as one of the top targets on Manchester United's shortlist ahead of the summer transfer window.

  • Juventus and Napoli enter race for Chelsea winger
  • Felix Nmecha linked with Chelsea move
  • United are widely expected to spend on multipl recruits at the end of the season as they seek to build a team capable of challenging for the Premier League crown.

The central defensive department has been regularly highlighted as the main area in need of bolstering but according to The Mail, the club could look to pursue a new right-sided defender.

It is added that the club hold a keen interest in signing Wan-Bissaka from the Eagles and they could be prepared to pay as much as £41m to lure him from the south London side.

The England under-21 international only made his senior debut for the Eagles at the beginning of 2018 but he has made immense progress to the point that he has been knocking the door for a Three Lions call-up.

Ashley Young and Diogo Dalot are currently United's regular choices for the right-back spot but they are expected to pursue another player with the former turning 34 by the start of next term.
