Tottenham defender Alan Hutton has accepted Ashley Cole's apology for his horror tackle at White Hart Lane during midweek in the 4-4 draw between Chelsea and Tottenham. Ashley Cole made an apology yesterday.
Hutton insisted: âHeâs gone in to win the ball, Iâve just got in there quick and sometimes thatâs what happens.
âI know it was up high but the ball was up high as well and heâs gone for the ball.
âIâve just nicked it away and I wouldnât blame him for that because Iâve probably done that in my career before so itâs not a problem. I saw him and he said he never meant it and thatâs fine for me.â
