Paul Pogba prepared to leave Manchester United?

24 April 2019 - 16:22

Paul Pogba has reportedly told his Manchester United teammates that he is prepared to part ways with the club when the season concludes.

  • Chelsea defender back in training ahead of Man Utd game
  • Chelsea keen on re-signing former graduate
  • The France international has enjoyed a fruitful season with the club across all competitions and he has contributed 16 goals and 11 assists.

However, he has still been criticised for the inconsistency at different phases of the campaign and L'Equipe claims that he is set to push through a summer exit.

Both Real Madrid and former club Juventus are prepared to lodge bids for the World Cup winner and it is indicated that United would be willing to sell the Frenchman at the right price.

Pogba's current deal with the Mancunian giants expires in the summer of 2021, but the club have the option of an extension clause to prolong his stay by a further 12 months.

The Frenchman had a poor showing during the recent 4-0 defeat at Everton but he will be aiming to make amends when United entertain Manchester City in the cross-town derby tonight.
