Manchester United are reportedly weighing up a move for Stoke City defender Nathan Collins under the recommendation of former midfielder Darren Fletcher.
Collins has been with the Potters since the summer of 2016 and the 18-year-old was handed his Championship debut with Stoke City at the beginning of April after impressive for the Under-23 side in the Premier League 2.
According to The Sun, ex-Red Devil Fletcher has provided valuable advice on the development of Collins to United after watching him in close quarters during his time with the Staffordshire outfit.
The same report claims that the Mancunian giants are considering a move for the teenager after Fletcher's input and an approach could be made during this summer's transfer window.
Collins, who has already represented Ireland at the Under-17 level, is generally a central defender by trade. He has made three appearances for the Potters - all of which have come through the Championship this term.
