Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reportedly earmarked Crystal Palace's Aaron Wan-Bissaka as the prime choice to bolster the right-back position this summer.
The Red Devils are expected to part ways with both Antonio Valencia and Matteo Darmian during the current transfer window and this seems to have encouraged the need for a new right-back with both Ashley Young and Diogo Dalot struggling to impress.
According to The Mirror, Wan-Bissaka fits the scheme of things under Ole and the Norwegian is keen to prise away the defender from Selhurst Park in the coming days.
However, the club are likely to face a stumbling block with regards to the asking price with the Eagles said to demand at least £50m for the sale of their club graduate.
United are planning to reinforce multiple positions during the summer transfer window and spending a significant sum on Wan-Bissaka could hamper their prospects of strengthening other positions.
