  • The Red Devils have been in negotiations with the Eagles for the right-back in the past few weeks and reports have emerged that they have found the breakthrough for a transfer.

According to Football Insider, the Mancunian giants are set to pay an initial fee of around £42.5m for the 21-year-old with the remaining £12.5m to be settled in the form of performance-based add-ons.

The same outlet claims that a medical is scheduled for the forthcoming week with the defender set to return from the European Under-21 Championship where the Young Lions were eliminated in the group stage itself.

Wan-Bissaka is set to become the club's second signing of the summer transfer window behind Daniel James, who joined the club from Swansea City earlier in the month.

Wan-Bissaka, who has yet to make his senior England debut under Gareth Southgate, made 35 appearances for the Eagles during the course of the 2018/19 campaign.
