Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reportedly confident of keeping midfielder Paul Pogba at Manchester United despite the speculated interest from Real Madrid.
The France international has already suggested that he may consider a fresh challenge away from Old Trafford and his agent Mino Raiola has gone further to suggest that the midfielder wants to leave the club.
However, according to AS, Solskjaer is determined to keep hold of the Frenchman and he is prepared to utilise him regularly during pre-season to convince him to stay put.
Pogba has two years remaining on his contract with the club and reports have indicated that they are unlikely to sanction his sale unless their £150m valuation is matched.
The price tag is currently said to be steep for Los Blancos but they are aiming to offload some of the unwanted players to accumulate sufficient funds to land the World Cup winner.
Pogba is currently with the Red Devils for their pre-season tour of Australia and the Far East and he is expected to feature in the opening friendly against Perth Glory.
