Chelsea youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi is reportedly on the cusp of signing a new long-term contract with the club after an extended period of negotiations.
The attacker has not featured for the Blues this term due to his recovery from an Achilles injury and he is currently stepping up his fitness while playing for the development squad.
According to The Telegraph, the youngster has already agreed to a five-year contract on wages of £100,000-a-week and the club are now putting finishing touches before announcing the renewal.
The England international has been with the west London side since the age of six. He made his breakthrough during the previous campaign where he contributed five goals and five assists from 24 appearances.
Hudson-Odoi has also represented the England national side on a couple of occasions and he stands a chance of making the Euro 2020 squad next summer, provided he can excel with his performances on his injury comeback.
