Bremen want Pizarro

Werder Bremen general manager Klaus Allofs has admitted that he is interested in bringing Peruvian striker Claudio Pizarro back to Germany from Chelsea this summer.

“Claudio is an interesting player for me,” said Allofs in Bild.



“A soon-to-be 30-year-old is not too old for us. We have no illusions over young players.



“Financially it could be difficult but I can enquire.”
