Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that Paul Pogba has returned to normal training with his teammates ahead of the league clash against Watford.
The Frenchman has been sidelined for the past two-and-a-half months with an ankle fracture but he was expected to return to training earlier in the week before he suffered a minor illness.
Speaking to MUTV, Solskjaer has now confirmed that Pogba is back in regular training but refused to mention a proper comeback date for the midfielder, he told:
“Paul [Pogba] is training. He’s back in with the team so we’ll see how long it takes for him to feel ready to be part of a game. It’s a similar squad to what we’ve had the last few weeks."
Pogba has been regularly linked with an exit from the Mancunian giants but Solskjaer has clearly stated that the midfielder will remain with the club beyond the winter transfer window.
