Manchester United will reportedly part ways with midfielder Paul Pogba in the summer despite suggestions that he could sign a new contract with the club.
The Frenchman has not played a single minute for United in 2020 following an ankle surgery but he could make a comeback to the playing field when the season resumes.
Earlier this month, it was indicated that the midfielder was pleased with the club's progress under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and he could put pen-to-paper on a new four-year contract.
However, according to The Sun, that does not appear the case, both United and Pogba are mutually willing to part ways when the transfer window reopens in the summer.
Still, Pogba won't be sold on the cheap by the Red Devils and reports claim that the club are still holding out for around £100m amid interest from the likes of Real Madrid and Juventus.
Pogba's existing deal with United expires in June 2021. The club, though, have an extension clause through which they can prolong his stay for another 12 months.
